1. Not much is shown about Gojo's childhood, although it is referenced from time to time that he was rather sheltered and isolated. Once he got to Jujutsu High he began to open up a bit and met the friends who would last him a lifetime. He became used to interacting with people his own age and developed a sense of humor. He also developed his sense of morality thanks to the influence of his friends - that human lives matter even though Gojo thinks of himself as "more" or "higher" than the average. In the present and future he strives to create an environment for his students that is similar to what he experienced as a student; a welcoming environment where students are challenged but also have room to grow both in relationships and maturity. This also ties into his overarching goal while alive, which was to raise up his students to replace the current leadership of Jujutsu High and repeal the status quo to something better.
2. Gojo can be quite hammy when meeting new people. He puts on a cheerful attitude for the most part and does his best to charm people out of the gate. Given the opportunity, it seems he's quick to make "friends", though the amount of trust necessary to, for example, lower his Limitless around the new person might take a while to develop. Overall Gojo wears a friendly demeanor unless the person he is meeting is outright rude, in which case Gojo will cheerfully inform them of how inferior they are. Interestingly, Gojo will even try talking with his opponents in battle at times instead of going straight for the kill. He will interact with his opponent in a friendly manner, even cracking jokes at them during battle. Of course, when things get serious he takes on a more serious persona. But overall he is a genial sort of fellow.
3. Since Gojo is fairly certain he is dead, his goals have changed from those he held in life. In Expiation his main goal will be to figure out how he got there, and how he can leave to get back to where he was in the brief moments before, where all his departed friends were gathered to meet him. It's possible he may form new goals in reaction to events in game, but for now he will feel "cheated" out of a cushy afterlife and will strive to get back to it.
