The Good, Bad, and Ugly: Pissed about the price gouging of food by the Rumpitur vendors during a time of need, Ellie plotted with Silco to smoke-bomb the vendor stalls. After doing so, she cleared them out and hid the food with Hiei for distribution among those who need it.
