When you say Phoenix are you referring to the alien entity from the world of X-men, who has her own sentience? If so, would her presence have affect in his personality in anyway, would she be continuously part of him or have her own physical form outside of him? Or are you looking for more Persona-like solution where Scott can summon her to utilize her powers? And lastly: how would he use her powers in the game?
