Regarding ages, there is a character named One from Drakengard 3 who is...a bit of an odd duck regarding that rule. Technically, she is two years old, but has the appearance of a 14-15 year old; her age was accelerated due to a parasitic flower. Her sisters are similar in that regard, with some looking older, and have a buttload of crimes. Would all of them be acceptable to apply for?
