Fushi can keep the forms that he would have access to, depending on the canon point that he's taken from. We're not, presently, considering limiting the number of those forms, but we may revisit that depending on abilities and quantity of forms in question.

If these individual forms have their own separate abilities, those would need to be brought up in said list for application. We might also suggest an opt-out / info entry detailing that for other players who interact with him.
